Dispute/Chargeback Penalty & handling/processing fee – This is the fee assessed by our merchant credit card processing company when a dispute is filed by a customer, and includes an administrative and processing fee for funds that were deducted from our account when the dispute was filed and the purchase price of the order created a ‘Chargeback’ to our bank account.
