2002-2005 Thunderbird OEM Hood Insulation pad in stock for Immediate Shipment! – This is the OEM replacement for Thunderbird Hood Insulator pad. This part has been out of production since 2005 and there is no new stock available from Ford or Ford dealers. We have made a special manufacturing agreement with Ford’s original OEM supplier for this discontinued Ford part. Made of the exact same material and to the exact same specifications as the original Ford part!
The hood insulator pad is prone to damage from heat and age and is especially vulnerable to damage from rats and other rodents the get into the Thunderbird’s engine compartment and chew and destroy the pad while the car is in storage for long periods during cold-weather months.
Please note that price is for the Hood Insulator pad ONLY and does NOT include the plastic fasteners or the rubber weather seals.
