Created by noted automotive designer James Powers, our one-piece design is so unique it’s patented! Our elegant and stylish Roadster-Style tonneau cover features raised headrest nacelles, distinctive ‘Wind Split’ and our signature ‘Waterfall Drop’, recalling the tonneau covers from the 1962-63 Thunderbird Sports Roadster. We debuted this stunning Tonneau Cover on our Powersport ‘California Custom’ Show Car at the 2002 SEMA Automotive aftermarket show in Las Vegas, Nevada. This tonneau cover was approved by Mark Fields of Ford Motor Company, as a dealer option back in 2005. Our tonneau cover comes with separate headrest caps that attach to the tonneau cover with 3M automotive adhesive tape (included), and can be painted or covered in vinyl or leather to match or contrast with your Thunderbird’s exterior or interior color.
Easy to put on or take off, our tonneau cover does not require any body work or modification to your car. The multi point attachment system includes pins that fit into the hardtop locator holes and tabs that slide under the rear deck ‘sail panel.’ A strap loops through the attachment bar behind the passenger seat to secure the tonneau cover in place. Fits all 2002-2005 Thunderbirds and installs with no cutting, drilling or body work.
Made of hand-laid fiberglass, our Tonneau cover comes ready to prime and paint.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to its unique one-piece design, our Roadster-Style tonneau cover is NOT storable in the trunk of the Thunderbird. However, it can be strapped to the raised convertible top in the event of a sudden or unexpected rain storm.

Due to size and dimensions of this part, it must be shipped via truck freight. Shipping & Handling fees include surcharge for lift-gate service. Because this item is custom-fabricated to order your purchase is NOT refundable after order is placed and production is in process. Production time varies based on seasonal demand, scheduling and other factors. This item goes into our production queue immediately after the online order is placed. If a customer attempts to cancel an order or initiates a dispute for this product, customer understands and agrees that an order processing/cancellation fee of 35% shall be due and payable.
