Finally, a high-quality metal grille replacement for the 2002-2005 Thunderbird. Eight months in development and tooling, our exclusive grille is hand-crafted and custom made of high polished aluminum. Your Thunderbird will really stand apart from the rest with this beautiful new grille. Inspired by the 2003 Supercharged Thunderbird Concept car grille, each one is precision engineered from high grade T-6016 aluminum, assembled from 40 pieces of custom cut aluminum and has nearly 150 individual welds. The handcrafted vertical and horizontal bars feature a rounded leading edge for a smooth refined appearance. Incorporating all the tabs and mounting points of the stock grille, our new aluminum grille is in a class by itself … a world apart from the plastic OEM grille. More than just a grille, this striking custom accessory is an elegant piece of automotive art. Strictly limited production, each ‘Classic Concept’ grille is individually custom made to order. Fits all 2002-2005 Ford Thunderbirds. Please allow 16-20 weeks for fabrication and delivery.
“Well it’s official we received shipment of our new Powersport Grille via FedX on Saturday night at 9PM. It was beautifully packed in a carton full of peanuts with a personal letter from the fabricator. It seems that this was Grille #001. Didn’t have the opportunity to open carton until Sunday and couldn’t wait to get it installed.
Monday morning I drove to Slidell and went to local Buick collision department and asked about installation. “This is really cool, yes we can do it.” was the response. How much? “$45 dollars” and 45 minutes later Vintage Merlot awaited us in the parking lot with a big smile on her face.
