Now that the 2002 Thunderbird is nearly 20 years old, the original seats are showing the inevitable signs of wear, including cracking, fading, scratches and tears. After nearly THREE YEARS of painstaking research and development and tens of thousands of dollars invested in product development, pattern making, material sourcing and color-matching, our Factory-Correct seat cover replacements are available again! Our seat cover replacements are manufactured to Ford Factory specifications, in correct patterns, colors and materials including the exclusive ‘Nudo’ Leather as featured only on the 2002 model year Thunderbirds. Our sets have been meticulously crafted to match the originals in style and color, including the custom perforated leather seating area panels and embossed Thunderbird emblem in the Upper Seat Back! No detail has been overlooked! These seat cover replacements feature the special ‘break away’ threads to allow proper deployment of the side air-bags along with the vital ‘Ballastic Shield’ to ensure the side air bags do not deploy into the center of the seat back, and even the leather ‘Air Bag’ patch just like the originals!

Seat replacements are available as complete sets only, including both seat backs and seat bottoms for both the Driver and Passenger side seats. No individual or partial seat covers sets are available at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an advance order for a product scheduled to ship in 2024, and once placed is non-cancelable once placed. Shipping date subject to change based on availability of special materials, supply chain disruptions, or labor or material shortages, and cannot be accurately estimated. All our OEM-Style Seat Cover Replacement Sets are custom-fabricated to order. Shipments scheduled for early to mid 2024 delivery.
