  If you still have your original compact spare tire in your 2002-2005 Thunderbird it’s time to replace it!  These compact spares are now 19-22 years old and are at HIGH risk of exploding while stored in your trunk, even if you’ve never used yours and it still has full tread.  Most Thunderbird owners don’t even think about their spare tire until they have a flat, and you may not have even seen yours in years!  This is the correct spare which was the original equipment compact spare tire included with all new 2003-2005 Thunderbirds (the 2002 Thunderbird came with a different brand compact spare)
